Being a freelancer is an advantage compared to a corporate job. We, as a freelancer can work at the comfort of our home. How good it is to enjoy the freedom of your time while still working and earning. Here is some reason why choose to freelance:

1. You can work at home

In my experience of working in a corporate world, I worked for nine hours a day plus the fact that I spent more two to three hours after being stuck from the traffic. It was really toxic, I always felt exhausted and fed up. But being a Freelancer, it is a good advantage to work in the comfort of our home, at our own pace. We can choose to work at any time of the day while earning good enough for our family.

2. You can have more time with your family

There are no more important things than a family, to enjoy quality time with your child/children and to attend to their every need, We are not designed just to provide for them financially, but also by giving them time and attention as well, So being a freelancer, this is one of our privileges to spend more time with them.

3. You can choose a healthy life

If you are working at home as a freelancer, you can choose your healthy food, you can prepare and cook your own food at your home and have a proper meal together with your family. Perhaps eating unhealthy food like fast foods or street foods can be harmful to your body.

4. You can have the freedom to travel

Having our freedom to travel around the world is really an advantage as a freelancer. Travelling is one of our opportunity to enjoy, it is really good to fill our lives with so much fun and happiness, memories to cherish with our love ones, to see the beauty and goodness of the world that God has created for us. Based on my experience in travelling, I may say that is one of my opportunity to enjoy this freedom, unlike in a corporate world, you could only have limited time and days of leave.

Being a freelancer is an advantage when it comes to time and freedom, but we need to be professional as well even though we are working at home. We have to make sure that we can manage our time properly, keep our Social Media posting. Make a calendar of schedule and plans ahead of time.
